Dr Wartnaby listened to my concerns and arranged straight away for a whole raft of tests to identify any possible causes for my anaemia. The results came back very quickly and we're reviewed by another doctor. I was able to access the results on the NHS app and when I contacted the surgery I was informed no further action was needed.

Dr Wartnaby is, by far, the most perfect example of how a doctor should be. She : Is Caring, Listens Always shows concern Is always so empathetic Is very knowledgeable Always conveys the notes she is typing about us Always explains her reasons for decisions made Immediately puts us at ease every time we have managed to see her Always shows great Understanding Very good in advising us of what she needs to do and why Also very good at fully advising applicable follow u action. Very simply, if she leaves, we will feel empty inside. The only problem is that we have been unable to book to see her for a long time now, until Monday this week.

I am very satisfied by the care given to me. Staff are always very helpful and I really appreciate the smiles! The only suggestion I can make is about getting appointments. I have given my suggestions in answer to a previous question I am proud of my health centre and don’t hesitate to praise it to others, but if only the appointment system could be improved, I would feel like I was a more valuable member of my community and not just another elderly person.

They could gave listened to me and this other doctor Instead of doing the same thing’s over and over again and look at other things . They get so far and then leave me
